"We had concerns about mold in our bathroom above our shower. Ryan came out and confirmed that it was mold, but it was only a surface level problem. He also pinpointed what was causing the issue, an exhaust fan that was so blocked it wasn't moving the moist air out of the bathroom. He recommended we have it replaced, gave us a brand name and model of exhaust fan he trusted, and the numbers of a couple folks to get quotes from. He then checked the rest of the house for mold (all clear!) Fantastic service and now we can get everything fixed. Thanks Ryan!"
