Benefits of an Inspection
Peace of Mind. It's the #1 benefit.
Knowing you've had a professional home inspector with the knowledge to find what may be hidden or what could potentially cost you thousands of dollars in the future.
A trained eye that looks at literally thousands of items while scanning the exterior and interior of the building will not only give you a better look, but valuable information on how things work.
New Construction Inspections
But it's NEW!
New construction does not mean void of defects. There are many new products on the market today ranging from exterior finishes to interior appliances.
A new paint job may look nice, but does it properly seal the material to prevent weathering and rot?
The material on the exterior trim is new, but how will it hold up to the elements?
The house is deemed "maintenance free," but is that really true?
Have the appliances been tested? Is the dishwasher properly secured? or does it fall onto the floor when the door is opened?
These are all questions that an experienced home inspector can answer, giving you the information you need to make the right purchase decision.
Thorough, Fair, and Effective
The inspection report will address all areas of the building and give a descriptive opinion of the condition and longevity of the structure and componets. Any areas of concern will be presented with pictures describing the major issues that will need to be addressed by a qualified professional.
Health Hazards - Radon, Mold, Lead
Structural problems aren't the only thing to be concerned about when buying a home. We can inspect for various health hazards such as lead and radon gas. For more information on some of the potential hazards of buying a home, check out the links below.

With Us, You Are in Control
You pick the type of inspection with your choice of extra options as well as how you want the inspection report delivered. The report is generally sent via email. However, if you would prefer a written report, you will receive it at the end of the inspection.
Learn to Drive Your House
It is always recommended that the buyer be present at the time of the inspection. We'll walk through the property and give you advice and instructions on the various components. In the event that you can not attend, the full report will be delivered to you, and you can set a time to have a conversation in person or over the phone later.
A Relationship That Lasts
We're here for you long after you've moved into your new home. You can give us a call to get answers about the house. Whether you're starting a new project, or have questions regarding an issue that was discussed at the inspection. What ever the case, we are just a phone call away to help with any questions you may have.
